Paragliding in Salzburg City
Process
During the drive from Salzburg to the Gaisberg, we'll explain everything you need to know about your paragliding flight and paragliding in general. We'll take the time to answer your questions, and you'll fill out your flight ticket, which also includes your insurance.
At the launch site, we put on our helmets and harnesses. After running a few meters, we're already flying over the breathtaking landscape of Salzburg.
Meeting point and directions
We'll meet on Landing site at the foot of the Gaisberg mountain. You will receive the exact meeting point by email after booking.
The Gaisberg is only about 10 minutes from Salzburg city center. You can easily reach it by car or public transport.

classic
On the CLASSIC flight we fly for up to 30 minutes. We start at the top of the mountain and glide down into the valley. During your flight you will experience an unbeatable mountain panorama of the Hohe Tauern, Kitzsteinhorn glacier, Kaprun reservoir, Grossglockner or Lake Zell. Feel the freedom when you lose the ground beneath your feet. Our most popular flight! Upgrade to Classic Plus possible if there is enough updraft. Classic is possible at any time of day and year.

Classic plus
The CLASSIC PLUS flight lasts up to 40 minutes. Here we fly longer and higher. To achieve this flight time, we use the updrafts (thermals) and fly above the summit. This results in even more impressive views of numerous mountains such as the Hohe Tauern, Kitzsteinhorn, Großglockner, Großvenediger, Zeller See and more! If the updraft is not sufficient, only the Classic flight will be charged.
