Vouchers for hot air balloon rides

Here's the solution! You can choose between spectacular tandem flights and balloon rides. You'll receive your voucher by email immediately after ordering online, and you can print it out and give it as a gift.

After placing your order, you will also receive a second email with the invoice. If you don't find either email, it's in your spam folder. If you don't find either email, your voucher purchase is not yet complete; simply start again. 

Please transfer the amount to our account immediately; payment is due promptly. If we do not receive the payment within 48 hours, the voucher will become invalid and can no longer be redeemed.

Please note:

  • Vouchers are intended as gift vouchers and not as payment for flights taking place in just a few days. A normal [voucher] is sufficient for that. flight booking
  • The voucher cannot be redeemed for cash, even in the event of a postponement or cancellation due to weather conditions.
  • It is not possible to exchange tandem paragliding vouchers for balloon vouchers or vice versa.
